At the same time, considering the challenges faced by college students in employment, STEKI has implemented an open selection of outstanding graduates for college students and young people entering the workplace across the country, and provides them with key support such as professional training and public welfare internships. As a continuation of the STEKI Public Welfare Program, the STEKI Youth Public Welfare Employment Program aims to guide and help more young people participate in public welfare undertakings, provide new ideas for the employment of young people, and contribute to the innovation of public welfare undertakings in China.
